link.xml has syntax errors when generated

When generating link.xml and AOTClasses.cs, the link.xml will have errors in it, creating build errors for platforms that require it.

at line 2 <assembly fullname="Assembly-CSharp", preserve="all">

Seems to have been fixed in 2.8.0
