Unfortunately, since subgraphs are separate asset references, serializing the json inline within the parent graph json is not really possible right now :/. I assume that you also want to load the saved json back into a graph including all sub-graphs? I will need to take a look at this and see how it could be achieved, but I can’t promise anything.
