Sorry for the late reply.
Hmm.. It looks like that you are using some types in FlowCanvas which were not added in the Preferred Types Editor (and as such Ahead-Of-Time compilation fails). For AOT platforms like iOS, please make sure that all types that you are manipulating, or using in FlowCanvas ports, are also added in the PreferredTypes Editor before generating the AOTClasses.cs and link.xml files.
What version of FlowCanvas and Unity are you using by the way?
Also, is it possible for you, to please send me the project (or another reproduction project) to test it out more closely, since it is quite difficult to be 100% sure just from the log?
